Our next ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification class is scheduled for July 22, 2010. Class begins at 8:00 AM. This is a 1 (one) day class with exam. Please contact us if you want to attend. Deadline for registration is July 9, 2010.

LMSC offers some convenient ways to receive your certification as a Food Safety Manager through the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe® program.

• One day class with proctored exam at a site designated by LMSC.
• One day class with proctored exam at a location provided by the client.
• Self study followed by a proctored on-line exam administered at one of our Metro-Atlanta area offices.

We also offer a non-CFSM course for your employees. This course teaches your staff food safety basics to give your facility another way to stand out from the crowd.

We offer Secret Shopper Programs where one or more of our representatives will visit your location and evaluate the operation from the unique perspective of your customers.  All of our Secret Shops contain the following elements:

• Blind study -- we do not inform the facility in advance of our visit so that we can obtain a more accurate picture of the operation.
• Client Specialization-- our Secret Shops can be modified to pay special attention to any areas that you feel need to be specifically addressed within your establishment.
• Time-frame sensitive -- if you have a particular time of day or day of week that concerns you most, we will perform the evaluation within the specific time-frame you desire.
• Presentation with Written report -- after the Secret Shop is completed, you will be presented with a written report of the findings and a presentation containing suggestions from our staff.
